Day 15: The Starter Pho

Sorry this is late. Yesterday was a bit of a downer day.


Since I have already gone over why I love Pho. This is my starter Pho from SEA Restaurant.

SEA Pho. With added monk sprouts and thai basil.
This Pho is really not that much different than Mamasan's except I can add additional things to it and customize it more. SEA gives you the Monk Sprout, thai basil etc that you can add yourself. Mamasan's doesn't. There is also a difference with the noodle, SEA uses a thinner rice noodle whereas Mamasan's uses Udon.

I haven't decided on today's adventure yet. Something exciting for dinner maybe to lift my spirits on this (kinda nice) Rochester day.
